STEP 1: CONFIGURE YOUR APPROACH

Use the simple drag and drop environment to choose from over 50 Q-Apps and configure your process just like you need it. Use the Forum Q-Apps to prepare, run and disseminate your internal and external meetings. Proper meeting preparations by circulating pre-read and agendas as well as well crafted presentations and professional minutes will impress everyone.

STEP 5: LOG YOUR INSIGHTS

Create powerfull insights in all the Q-Apps you have configured. These insights or „So Whats“ are the storyline for your future strategy. Each is linked to the endproducts created in each Q-App and can be shared with colleagues.

STEP 6: CREATE AND MANAGE IDEAS

While performing the analysis or running the meetings, improvement ideas will come up. Log them or loose them. Using the new IMADE framework from QUAEST, ideas can be stored, evaluated and managed through the maturity process. The idea lists can be sliced and diced as you need them and even exported to be shared with colleagues or finance.
